I am a fourth generation Californian. My family came to California in the late 1880?s settling in the Auburn and Sacramento area. My father worked for Shell Oil Company and we were transferred through out the western states. I have lived in many different places and believe this gives me greater insight into the problems and concerns that face relocating families. Our family was transferred to Los Angeles during my high school years and here I have stayed.
I met my husband Gary, the love of my life, at Lake Arrowhead in the local mountains. We have just celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary. We chose to make our home in Southern California because it is a wonderful place to live. We are close to the mountains with plenty of hiking, fishing, boating and skiing. The ocean is just as close with all of its fantastic amenities.
My husband, Gary, and I have one daughter. She and her husband have four children. Two of the children came with their Daddy when he married our daughter. We really enjoy being with the children. They are great kids. Recently, we were blessed with the birth of our darling TWIN grandbabies, a boy and a girl. THEY are now the love of my life.
Gary and I have a sweet silky terrier, Katie, who has almost the same hair color as mine. And, of course, there is Priscilla ? our 150lb Potbelly Pig. She is 10 years old and will probably outlive me. She lives WAY outside!!!
Gary and I enjoy traveling and love to take cruises. We are currently planning our second Panama Canal trip. We have a home in the local mountains and enjoy getting away for a few days every so often.
I have been a licensed real estate broker for almost 25 years and love what I do. The challenges I face daily only strengthen my commitment to this industry. I enjoy meeting new people and take great pride in my work.
